Managing users

Step 1: Accessing the User Management Section

  • Navigate to User Management: Log into your Jüulio™ account and go to the main dashboard. Locate and click on the “Users” section, which is specifically designed for managing user details.

Step 2: Viewing and Adding Users

  • View Existing Users: Within the Users section, you can see a list of all current users along with their roles and other pertinent details.
  • Add New Users: To add a new user, click on the “Add User” button. Fill in the necessary information such as name, email, and assign the appropriate role (e.g., employee, supervisor, super user).

Step 3: Editing User Details

  • Edit User Information: If you need to update the details for an existing user, click on the “Edit” option next to the user’s name. Make the required changes, such as modifying their role or contact information.

Step 4: Assigning Roles

  • Administer Roles: Assign or change roles for users based on their responsibilities within the organization. Roles could include:
    • Super User: Typically has full access to all settings and administrative privileges.
    • Employee: Regular staff with access limited to specific functions relevant to their job.
    • Supervisor: Has oversight over certain areas or teams and may have more access than typical employees but less than a super user.

Step 5: Deleting Users

  • Remove Users: If a user no longer needs access to the platform, you can delete their profile by selecting the “Delete” option. Ensure you confirm this action, as it cannot be undone.

Step 6: Managing Invites and Redundancies

  • Handle Invites: Aside from managing active users, you can also manage invites from this section. This includes sending new invites or modifying existing ones.
  • Address Redundancies: Note the overlaps between the Users and Invites sections, and manage accordingly to avoid confusion or duplication of roles and permissions.

Step 7: Applying Changes

  • Save Changes: After making any adjustments or updates, always ensure to save your changes to update the system effectively.
