Appointments

The Appointments feature in Jüulio™ is designed to streamline the scheduling process for both individual employees and teams within an organization. This tutorial will guide you through the process of accessing, setting, and managing appointments through the Jüulio™ platform.

Accessing the Appointments Function

  • Navigate to Employee Section: Log into your Jüulio™ account and select the Employee section. From there, find the Appointments function which is integrated into the system with a calendar view.

Viewing Appointments

  • Calendar Overview:
    • View All Employee Appointments: If you have administrative access, you can view the appointments of all employees on a single calendar. This helps in overseeing the entire organization’s schedule at a glance.
    • View Specific Employee Appointments: Select a specific employee to view only their appointments. This is useful for managing individual schedules or checking availability for one-on-one meetings.

Setting Appointments
