Candidates

The Candidate section in Jüulio™ is a comprehensive recruitment tool designed to streamline the hiring process within your organization. This tutorial will guide you on how to effectively use this feature to invite, manage, and interview candidates directly through the application.

Accessing the Candidate Section

  • Navigate to the Candidate Section: Log into your Jüulio™ account and locate the Employee function. Within this, find and click on the Candidate section to begin managing your recruitment activities.

Inviting Candidates

  • Sending Invitations:
    • Initiate Invitation: Click on the “Invite” button to start the process.
    • Enter Candidate Details: Provide the candidate’s email address, the date they applied, the department they are applying to, and the expiration date of the invitation.

Adding Candidates

  • Adding a Candidate Directly:
    • Add Candidate: Similar to adding an employee, you can add a candidate by providing necessary information such as name, contact details, and qualifications.
    • Assign to Position: Specify which job position the candidate is being considered for within the organization.

Managing Candidates

  • Overview of Candidate Management:
    • Edit Candidate Details: After adding candidates, you can go back and edit their details if necessary.
    • Archive Candidates: Instead of deleting a candidate’s record, you can archive it. This removes them from active view but retains their information for future reference.

Setting Up Interviews

  • Scheduling Interviews:
    • View Interview Calendar: Check the calendar to see already scheduled interviews or available slots.
    • List and Criteria View: You can view upcoming interviews in a list format and review the job criteria set for the positions.
    • Add Interview: Select a candidate, choose the type of interview (in-person or phone), set the date, time, and location (if applicable), and select which employees need to attend.
  • Interview Details and Criteria:
    • Setting Criteria: Establish specific criteria that the candidate must meet, such as trustworthiness and honesty.
    • Add Notes: Include any relevant notes about the candidate or specific points to discuss during the interview.

Notification and Saving

  • Finalizing the Interview Setup:
    • Notify Participants: Once the interview details are set, notify both the candidate and the interviewers about the schedule and expectations.
    • Save the Interview: Ensure all details are correct and save the interview in the system.

Repeating the Process

  • Managing Multiple Candidates:
    • Repeat Process: Use the same steps to manage and schedule interviews for different candidates, enhancing the efficiency of your recruitment process.

Conclusion

The Candidate section in Jüulio™ allows for a streamlined approach to managing recruitment activities, from the initial invitation to the final interviews. By following this tutorial, you can effectively leverage Jüulio™ to enhance your hiring process, ensuring you attract and evaluate candidates efficiently and systematically.
