Time and activity

Efficiently monitoring time and activity of employees is crucial for managing productivity and ensuring accountability within any organization. This tutorial will guide you on how to utilize these features to enhance your workforce management.

Accessing Time and Activity Tracking

  • Navigate to Employee Section: Log into your Jüulio™ account and select the Employee section. Within this section, locate the specific area dedicated to time and activity tracking.

Using the Time and Activity Dashboard

  • Date Selection:
    • Select a Specific Date: To review activities for a particular day, use the date selector to go back to any previous date, such as a day in February, and view detailed activities for that specific day.
  • Viewing Employee Activities:
    • Screenshots and Photos: Access screenshots or photos uploaded by employees, which can provide visual proof of work and help in monitoring productivity.
    • Application and Website Usage: Review the applications and websites accessed by employees during work hours to ensure they align with business activities.

Tracking Specific Employees or Teams

  • Employee and Team Filters:
    • Individual Tracking: Use the top menu to select and track activities of specific employees. This feature is useful for assessing individual performance and ensuring compliance with work standards.
    • Team Tracking: Similarly, you can select and track activities by teams, which helps in understanding team dynamics and the collective use of time and resources.

Analyzing Time Source and Activity Levels

  • Source of Time Tracking:
    • Web Timer and Manual Entries: Identify whether the time was tracked using the web-based timer on the platform, manually entered by the employee, or logged as part of outdoor or field jobs.
    • Activity Completion: Check the completion level of activities, whether they are marked as 100% completed or are still in progress.
  • Log Time Review:
    • Track vs. Manual Time: Distinguish between automatically tracked time and manually added entries. This differentiation helps in auditing and validating the accuracy of time records.
    • Resume Time: Observe instances where an employee paused a task and resumed it on another day, providing insights into task continuity and time management.
