Jüulio™ offers an Equipment Management function that is essential for organizations that utilize significant equipment resources, such as construction companies, auto repair shops, and maintenance services. This tutorial will guide you through the process of adding, managing, and sharing equipment within your organization using Jüulio™.

Accessing Equipment Management

  • Navigate to Equipment Section: Log into your Jüulio™ account and access the Equipment section. This area is dedicated to the management of all equipment within your organization.

Adding Equipment

  • Initiate Equipment Addition:
    • Add New Equipment: Click on the “Add Equipment” button to start the process.
    • Enter Equipment Details: Input details about the equipment, including:
      • Equipment Name: The name by which the equipment will be recognized within the system.
      • Equipment Type: The category or type of equipment.
      • Year of Manufacture: The year the equipment was manufactured.
      • Serial Number: The unique identifier for the equipment.
      • Initial Cost: The purchase price or initial cost of the equipment.
      • Add Tag: Optionally, add tags to help categorize or identify the equipment easily in searches.

Managing Equipment

  • Viewing and Editing Equipment:
    • Access Equipment List: All added equipment will appear in a list within the Equipment section.
    • Edit Equipment Details: Click on an equipment entry to edit its details. You can update any of the information entered during the addition process.
    • Delete Equipment: If equipment is no longer in use or was added in error, you can delete it from the system to maintain an accurate inventory.

Sharing Equipment

  • Equipment Sharing Options:
    • Share Across Departments: Jüulio™ allows for equipment to be shared across different departments within the organization, facilitating efficient use of resources.
    • Share Across the Organization: Equipment can also be shared organization-wide, ensuring that all parts of the business have access to necessary equipment when needed.
