Leads

Jüulio™ offers a dynamic lead management system that enables businesses to effectively organize and track potential prospects, customers, and clients within the platform. This tutorial will guide you through the process of adding, managing, and converting leads in Jüulio™.

Accessing the Leads Section

  • Navigate to Leads: Log into your Jüulio™ account and go to the ‘Leads’ section. This area is specifically designed for handling all your leads, whether they’ve come through direct interactions or from the website via the “Leads from Julio” feature.

Adding a New Lead

  • Initiate Lead Addition:
    • Add Lead: Click on “Add Lead” to begin the process.
    • Enter Basic Information:
      • Email Address: Start with the lead’s email address.
      • Optional Details: You can add a website URL, a description, and company information at this stage.
      • Project Association: Attach any relevant project that you have already created for this lead.
  • Set Lead Type:
    • Specify Type: Choose whether the entry is a lead, a customer, or a client. For this instance, select ‘Lead’.
    • Add Tags: Optionally, you can add tags to help categorize and organize leads based on attributes like interest level, industry, or source.

Completing Lead Details

  • Add Address and Other Details:
    • Location: Enter the address details such as country, city, and street (e.g., Main Street, Yuma, USA).
    • Project Management Preference: Decide how projects related to this lead will be managed—by hours or by cost.
    • Assign Responsible Employee: Link the lead to an employee who will be responsible for managing this relationship.

Viewing and Editing Leads

  • Manage Existing Leads:
    • View Lead Details: Once added, leads can be viewed in the leads list where you can also access detailed profiles.
    • Edit Information: Leads can be edited to update any aspect like contact details, lead status, or associated projects.

Inviting Leads

  • Send Invitations:
    • Internal System Invitation: Invite individuals to enter their information directly into the system, making them a part of your leads list.
    • External Invitation: Send invitations via email by entering the lead’s name, email address, and primary phone number. They can then provide their information which automatically syncs into your system.
