Working leads, customers, clients

Jüulio™ offers robust tools for managing interactions with leads, customers, and clients. This tutorial will guide you through viewing, updating, and enriching contact information with notes and other rich text elements to enhance communication and record-keeping.

Accessing Contact Information

  • Navigate to Contacts Section: Log into your Jüulio™ account and go to the ‘Contacts’ section where you manage leads, customers, and clients.

Viewing Contact Information

  • Select a Contact:
    • View Details: Click on “View” next to the name of a customer or client to access their detailed information.
    • Review Assigned Member: Check which organization member is attached to this contact. This helps in understanding who within your company is responsible for managing this particular relationship.

Adding Notes to a Contact

  • Add Rich Text Notes:
    • Navigate to Notes Section: While viewing a contact’s details, go to the ‘Notes’ tab.
    • Create a Note: Click on “Add Notes.” Here, you can type in your notes.
    • Rich Text Editing: Utilize the rich text editor to format your notes. You can add lists, quotes, links, and even checkboxes.
    • Save Notes: After adding and formatting your notes, save them to the contact’s profile. These notes will include a timestamp and can be edited anytime.
