Juulio™ TierPro™, combined with TransCost™, offers businesses a way to minimize platform fees. As your monthly sales grow, your subscription fee decreases—eventually reaching $0. This means that with higher sales, not only do your transaction fees go down, but you can also eliminate your subscription fee altogether. Plus, the savings start immediately once you begin processing electronic payments through the Juulio™ platform.
What does this mean for you? You can use Juulio™ with little to no upfront costs while avoiding transaction fees, making it easier to manage your business without worrying about the price tag. It’s a win-win that allows you to focus on what matters most: growing your business.

How to Opt In or Out of Juulio™ TierPro™
Juulio™ TierPro™ is automatically enabled when you start using the platform because we want you to begin saving right away. But if you want to opt out, even though we don’t recommend it (since you’d be missing out on a lot of savings), here’s how you can do it for both Juulio™ Main and Juulio™ PC:
For Juulio™ Main:
- Login to the website version of Juulio™ Main at https://main.juulio.com.
- Go to the Settings area.
- Click the Juulio™ logo at the top left to open the auxiliary menu.
- From the auxiliary menu, go to Settings.
- In the Settings menu, choose General to access General Settings.
- Inside General Settings, you can Opt In or Out of Juulio™ TierPro™.
For Juulio™ PC:
- Login to the website version of Juulio™ PC at https://pc.juulio.com.
- Click the Account menu on the sidebar.
- Select Cost Management in the Account tab.
- In the Cost Management tab, you can choose to Opt In or Out of Juulio™ TierPro™.
For Juulio™ POS:
- Login to the website version of Juulio™ POS at https://main.juulio.com.
- Go to the Settings area.
- Click the Juulio™ logo at the top left to open the auxiliary menu.
- From the auxiliary menu, go to Settings.
- In the Settings menu, choose General to access General Settings.
- Inside General Settings, you can Opt In or Out of Juulio™ TierPro™.
To opt out, you’ll need to complete a two-factor authentication process, where a code will be sent to your phone. This ensures that Juulio™ TierPro™ isn’t accidentally turned off by you or anyone else on your team.
Keep in mind that Juulio™ TierPro™ works together with Juulio™ TransCost™. This feature includes transaction fees for electronic payments in your invoices, estimates, and sales. If you opt out of Juulio™ TierPro™, you’ll also disable Juulio™ TransCost™, which could make managing your transaction fees harder.
