How it works in Jüulio™ Go (mobile)

  1. Open or create an invoice.

  2. Tap Collect Payment → select LayAway.

  3. Set the plan

    • Pick the number of payments.

    • Choose each date via the calendar pop-up.

    • Review the auto-calculated amounts (edit if needed).

  4. Tap Confirm. That’s it—your customer receives the full schedule plus their first receipt, and the invoice immediately shows a PARTIAL status with paid/amount-due badges.

  5. When a customer pays, log it (cash/check) or process it (card/online). The balance, receipts, and reminders all update automatically.


How it works on the Jüulio™ Web App

  1. From the left menu, go to InvoicesAdd Invoice (or open an existing draft).

  2. Fill in your items, terms, and totals as usual.

  3. At the bottom action bar, click Layaway.

  4. In the LayAway Payment Plan modal:

    • Enter the desired number of payments.

    • Click into each “Select Date” field to pick due dates on the calendar .

    • Verify or adjust the equal split amounts.

    • Hit Confirm.

  5. Your LayAway schedule is now locked in; an itemized plan is emailed/texted to the customer, and the invoice status flips to PARTIAL with live tracking.
